Camping Changes at Kiholo Bay

Kiholo Bay, on the northwest coast of Hawai'i Island instituted changes for campers. To avoid wasting of Kiholo Bay's natural beauty, the Government of Hawaii decided to close the beach, clean it, and open with new rules.
